Predictive / Preventive Maintenance

Rubus combines scheduled preventive maintenance (PM), condition-based monitoring (CBM), and ML-based predictive maintenance. Monitor industrial equipment with sensors and rules, generate PM work orders from AMM schedules, and predict failures before they occur—reducing unplanned downtime, extending asset life, and lowering maintenance cost.

- PM is scheduled inspection and servicing; CBM and predictive ML extend it with condition and failure-prediction triggers.
- PM records are templates for scheduled preventive maintenance work. They are used to generate PM work orders.
